I ordered my adult children and my in-laws "Clan" pictures for Xmas. Cameron was extremely professional, kept in regular contact with regards to all the wee details of each member of each picture that was personalised for each family group, including the family pets. My family were absolutely thrilled with their presents, and I know I can update these pictures as my grandchildren grow or their family groups increase. Cameron was a delight to work with in ensuring that each picture was perfect. (I managed to grab a few wee pics of delighted recipients.) The pictures were quality print on quality paper. Absolutely delighted with my family print. The care Cameron took in messaging me to make sure everything was perfect was fantastic. And so quick! Also, he noticed a slight mark when printed so sent 2 copies. One smudge free and one with the mark. I was told of this in advance. When I got them, the mark was so small. I’m not sure other companies would have taken the time to reprint! Will definitely keep this company in mind for future gifts.

The only problem I had was the difficulty I had in confirming a delivery date that matched the promised delivery date. The product itself was excellent
